Each order is handcrafted and dispatched within 24 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your parcel is on its way.
We ship worldwide with FedEx Express. Once dispatched, your order will be fully tracked and delivered within 3 business days.
All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All import duties and taxes are settled at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
Your fragrances travel securely in reinforced boxes with specialized padding.
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, and installment payments with Klarna or Scalapay.
Within the first 14 days: full refund for new, unopened products in their original packaging. From day 15 to day 30: store credit. A return fee of €10 will be deducted from the refund. Processing takes up to 14 business days.
The claim period is 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays): 48 business hours from receipt of the parcel to report the problem to us, then 48 business hours from our request to send us the items we ask for. The items requested are usually photos of the parcel and the product, and a continuous unboxing video. Once you receive a return label, you have 72 business hours to ship the package. After this, the label is voided. Refunds are issued after inspection, within 14 business days of our team receiving the return.
Earn 5% cashback (as store credit) on any order over €70. Credit is valid for 60 days.
Enjoy for up to 36 months after opening. Store away from direct light in a temperate environment (~20°C / 68°F).
