“Alchemists of the sense of smell since 1996”: that is how the house presents itself. That year, the Durante siblings — Giuseppe, Luciano, Maria and Felice — left a perfume trade that had grown too narrow for them and settled in Rome, where their parents Celestino and Luisa had opened the way. The family comes from Sant’Elena, in Upper Molise. The compositions are dense, held, built around one material pushed far. Several shops in the city, including one on via Ripetta.
