At PlanèteBeauty, every order is carefully prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about the delivery of your perfume.
Shipping
Any order placed before 2 PM (Paris time), Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, is shipped the same day. After 2 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays, your order will be sent on the next business day.
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Free delivery to a pickup point for orders over €60. Choose your Mondial Relay or Colissimo Relais pickup point directly on the interactive map during checkout. For home deliveries, the price is graduated (€15, then €10 for orders over €99, €5 for orders over €300) and becomes entirely free for orders over €500.

Your pickup point
For delivery to a pickup point, an interactive map appears during checkout: you select the Mondial Relay or Colissimo Relais pickup point that is most convenient for you. You can then collect your package at your convenience, during the retailer's opening hours.
International Delivery
We deliver in Europe, worldwide, and overseas. The price and delivery time are calculated automatically based on your destination country and the amount of your order, and are displayed during checkout.

Package not collected at pickup point
If the package is not collected within the time limit set by the pickup point, it is automatically returned to our warehouse and the order is considered canceled. A refund is then issued, minus shipping and return costs.
