Shipping & Delivery
At PlanèteBeauty, every order is prepared with care and dispatched as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about the delivery of your fragrance.
Dispatch
Any order placed before 2 pm (Paris time), Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, is dispatched the same day for in-stock items (products on restock follow the lead time shown on the product page). After 2 pm, at weekends or on a public holiday, your order leaves on the next business day.
As soon as your parcel leaves, you receive an email with your tracking number.
Delivery methods — metropolitan France
The methods and rates below apply to metropolitan France. For other destinations, see "International delivery" below.

Pickup-point delivery is free from €60 of purchases. Choose your Chronopost pickup point directly on the interactive map at checkout. The other methods are flat-rate: they do not depend on the amount of your order. Beyond two kilos, the rate follows the actual weight of the parcel and is shown at checkout.
Need it quickly? The Home delivery, signature required 24H option delivers to your door in 24h, Saturday included — ideal for an order placed at the end of the week.
Your pickup point
For pickup-point delivery, an interactive map is displayed at checkout: you select the Chronopost pickup point that suits you best. You then collect your parcel whenever you like, during the shop's opening hours.
International delivery
We deliver to 51 countries and territories: Europe, North America, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Israel, Mauritius, the Seychelles and the French overseas territories. The rate and lead time are calculated automatically according to your destination country and the amount of your order, and are shown at checkout.
- Pickup point free from €60 — France, Monaco, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Austria and Portugal: pickup point at €5, free from €60 of purchases (excluding Try Me discovery sizes). Home delivery: rate shown at checkout.
- Other European countries — no free shipping: the rate follows the weight of the parcel and is shown at checkout. Pickup point (or express pickup point) in Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania; Finland: express pickup point or home delivery (no standard pickup point); Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Andorra and Iceland: home delivery only.
- United Kingdom and Israel — €30, by FedEx Express, tracked and signed for.
- Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Overseas Territories, Mauritius and Seychelles — €45, by FedEx Express, tracked and signed for.
To the United Kingdom, Israel, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, the Overseas Territories, Mauritius and the Seychelles, delivery is by FedEx Express at a flat rate, without pickup point, within 4 business days after dispatch: duties and taxes are settled at checkout or covered by us: nothing to pay on delivery.
Parcel not collected at the pickup point
If the parcel is not collected within the holding period set by the carrier, it is automatically returned to us. As soon as it arrives at our premises, the refund is triggered automatically, with nothing for you to do: you are refunded the amount paid, less a €10 return fee, within 14 business days.
