Before the perfume, there is the hat. An Australian milliner, Naomi Goodsir shapes unique pieces by hand — leather, feather, felt — and that material precedes the scent. She chose to trace her own route from France. Her fragrances, composed with Bertrand Duchaufour and Renaud Coutaudier, keep something of the workshop: texture, relief, materials you recognise by touch as much as by nose.
