Each order is handcrafted and dispatched within 24 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your parcel is on its way.
We ship worldwide with FedEx Express. Once dispatched, your order will be fully tracked and delivered within 3 business days.
All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All import duties and taxes are settled at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
Your fragrances travel securely in reinforced boxes with specialized padding.
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, and installment payments with Klarna or Scalapay.
Within the first 14 days: full refund for new, unopened products in their original packaging. From day 15 to day 30: store credit. A return fee of €10 will be deducted from the refund. Processing takes up to 14 business days.
For a claim (e.g., damaged or missing product), any requested evidence (photos, a continuous unboxing video) must be sent to us within 48 hours. Once you receive a return label, you have 72 business hours to ship the package. After this, the label is voided. Refunds are issued after inspection, within 14 business days of our team receiving the return.
Earn 5% cashback (as store credit) on any order over €70. Credit is valid for 60 days.
Enjoy for up to 36 months after opening. Store away from direct light in a temperate environment (~20°C / 68°F).
