Theodoros Kalotinis is a Greek perfumer-creator, born and raised in Heraklion, Crete. Introduced to scent in childhood by his grandmother from Smyrna — who would invite him to identify aromatic herbs and spices blindfolded — he developed an exceptional nose from an early age. Studies in Chemistry, a master’s in Cosmetic Science, international training in perfumery: his erudition serves a single obsession — to capture gourmand emotion in a bottle.
In 2012, he invented a patented method that combines fine perfumery raw materials with alcohol naturally distilled from Greek grapes — a one-of-a-kind olfactory signature. His creations have been praised by Vogue France, Elle and L’Officiel, and hailed by the international press as “the king of gourmand fragrances.” His crowning moment came in 2018 when he composed bespoke fragrances for His Majesty King Charles III and Queen Camilla.
