What discount is offered on a first order?
A −10% welcome discount is offered on your first order. It activates directly from the cart: enter your email — no sign-up, no account required — and the discount applies immediately.
How does the 5% cashback work?
Every order earns you 5% of its amount, excluding shipping and Try Me discovery sizes, as loyalty credit. This credit is deducted from a next order of €70 or more.
What is the refunded Try Me?
Order a fragrance’s 2ml Try Me discovery size: it comes with a promo code for the exact amount of your Try Me, valid for 30 days after delivery on the standard size of the same fragrance. If the fragrance wins you over, your trial is fully refunded. See the Try Me conditions.
When will my order ship?
Any order placed before 2pm (Paris time), Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, ships the same day for in-stock items. After that time, it ships the next business day.
How long do I have to return a product?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, provided the product is unopened, with its original seal intact and in its complete original packaging. Full details are available in our return policy. See the return policy.
