Once on the tracking page, enter your tracking number to update the progress of the delivery.

As a reminder, we process orders Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (excluding public holidays)

Order preparation time:

Our processing time is 1 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), as indicated on each product page.

When the package leaves, a notification is sent to you with the tracking number

The transport time:

For home deliveries: 48/72h

For deliveries to a Relay point: 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)

A notification is sent to you when the parcel is made available at the collection point.
